NCCP Registration / National Consumer Credit Protection

The new National Consumer Credit Protection Bill (NCCP) comes into effect on 1 July 2010.

All Brokers must register online with ASIC between 1 April 2010 & 30 June 2010.

If you have not registered by this time you will not be allowed to continue acting as a Broker.
