Josh Norris > Director
Josh has more than 18 years of financial industry experience and has worked in a number of roles in financial services industry from the ground up and his experience has included a diversified 12 year career with the National Australia Bank.
He also holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Finance and Marketing from Griffith University and also has a Diploma of Financial Planning from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
Other than his interests in the Banking and Finance sector Josh is a keen skier and has a love for Japan and Japanese Skiing conditions and also regularly competes in triathlons.
Paul Hutchinson > Director
Paul has more then 20 years experience in the financial industry and has held various management positions throughout his career. He spent 12 years with the National Australia Bank with the last 4 being spread throughout the South East Queensland.
Paul also has a passion for Rugby League and was a successful professional player in the 1980's. Since then he has held roles with the Australian Sports Drug Agency involved in education and testing of athletes and is still involved as a consultant in relation to drug education for young Australian athletes.
Troy McLachlan > General Manager
Troy joined Future Financial in 2007 and has gained a wealth of knowledge from his previous roles at Genworth Financial and Gilshenan & Luton Lawyers.
Having worked closely with the Non Bank sector for many years in his roles as a Sales Executive and Operations & Relationship Manager he has become very passionate about the Non Bank sector. Troy also has an excellent work ethic which he has brought to Future Financial.
Troy's strengths are providing customer service, customer satisfaction and process improvement to ensure that Future Financial remain leaders in their field.
Richard Noyes > Senior Relationship Manager
Richard joined Future Financial in 2001 coming from an accounting background. Since joining Future Financial Richard has gained invaluable experience in most aspects of the company ranging from Senior Credit Analyst, Customer Service Manager, through to his current role as Senior Relationship Manager.
Richard is an esteemed member of the Future Financial team and is an invaluable source of knowledge for all other members of the team. Richard has extended his knowledge through various courses such as Certificate III in Financial Services and is also UCCC & MFAA Anti Money Laundering/Counter Terrorism compliant.
Through his broad knowledge of residential finance Richard is able to deliver superior results to his broker partners and their customers.
Renee Findlay > Relationship Manager (Maternity leave from May 2010)
Renee joined Future Financial in August 2003 and has held various positions including Credit Analyst, Operations Supervisor and Relationship Manager. Prior to working in residential lending Renee worked for Deutsche Bank London in their back office equity trades department.
Renee is a valuable member of the Future Financial team, has a passion for superior customer service and is focused on providing a professional approach to our client’s needs.
Renee has completed Cert III and Cert IV in Financial Services as well as various finance certifications including UCCC compliance & is MFAA Anti Money Laundering/Counter Terrorism compliant.
